Countries, communities, institutions, families, and individuals all live by a code of ethical standards. Social work takes pride in conducting itself according to set written principles standards that are derived from the core values profession. Depending on state, Code Ethics, or parts thereof, may have force law. To ensure remains relevant it must an inherent character is neither too rigid nor flexible, be interpreted such way as reflect constantly changing dynamics pressures social profession society. The COVID-19 pandemic has surely tested mettle Code, practitioners began provide telehealth services, with without weighing important practice provisions, values, standards, critical areas knowledge. article seeks examine existing interpretations influence they during pandemic. Most importantly, aims broaden practitioners’ awareness judgement regarding legal duties practice. Keywords: COVID-19, practice, decision-making processes
